Camargue II is comprised of two 12-storey towers with a total of 438 suites.  Suite options range in size from:

1 Bedroom	790 sq. feet
1 Bedroom + Den   (3 models)	974 – 1048 sq. feet
2 Bedroom + 1 Bath	1048 sq. feet
2 Bedroom + 2 Bath   (5 models)	1140 – 1240 sq. feet
2 Bedroom + Den	1794 sq. feet

The buildings were constructed in 1982 - 1983 on approximately ten acres of land. Residents enjoy peaceful surroundings in a park-like setting with benches and illuminated walking paths.

All with a balcony, deck, or patio.
All with a minimum of one, owned, underground parking space (additional outdoor rental parking available).

Directional exposures: SE. SW. NE. NW.

Both buildings have been modernized - interiors, exteriors and all mechanicals. Common area lighting updated to energy efficient.

A healthy reserve fund has always been maintained, following guidelines established by Reserve Fund Studies.  To date, due to prudent management, the Corporation has never had to levy a " Special Assessment” on its owners.
